Dr. Nicole Munhoo began her career as a classical performing artist, bringing creative and non-traditional perspectives to business, leadership, and management. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Nyack College, where she studied business through analytical and spiritual lenses and developed a Christian leadership and discipleship model inspired by the Great Commission of the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination. Her writings emphasize biblically grounded leadership principles, strategic discipleship methodologies, and theological approaches to sanctification for Christian congregants and missionaries.
She later earned a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Strayer University and completed the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities program at Syracuse University. In 2025, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with the highest honors from the Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership program at Saint Peter’s University. Her dissertation, published on ProQuest, is titled “A Qualitative Research Study on the Perceptions of Financial Literacy and Financial Well-Being of Students Using Loans at Colleges and Universities in New Jersey.”
With over 20 years of experience in administrative, financial, and business roles, Nicole is dedicated to supporting financial wellness through quality education.
